JOB DESCRIPTION
Mision: Sell services to the Asian market.

Tasks:

  • Sell the Regular & Tramp Ships services offered by the Lines we represent.
  • Tracking of the asian customers, either companies or merchants of big and small volume.
  • Customer service, especially to any of our asian clients who comes to our offices.
  • Availability to travel to different places in Equatorial Guinea for meetings, replace another colleague in holidays or at the request of the Sales Director o the Country Manager.
  • Availability to travel to China when it’s deemed necessary.
  • Enter data into the CRM system. Create statistic reports (Asian Market / Competitors), its analysis and derived actions to increase the market share of its principals in their target market.
  • Support assistance jointly with the Shipping Manager of every possible need required by the asian shipping companies or any chinese crew members.
  • Identify new customers, projects and opportunities in the Asian market.

EDUCATION
Higher Education (preferred).

LANGUAGES
Spanish as mother tongue. High level of english.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the maritime transport business, preferably in Maritime Agencies.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

  • Negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations, good hearing and communication skills.
  • Somebody able to take decissions and solve problems in his/her area of responsibility.

Mision: Reporting directly to the Sales Director and the Country Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible of the management, treatment and solving of all the incidences derived from the supplied services.

Tasks:

  • Manage a team of 3 people.
  • Research and maintenance of the customer portfolio through the commercialization of the company’s services.
  • Customer service.
  • Incidence resolution. Management, coordination and optimization of the CRM.
  • Create market studies. The candidate will need to identify the esential information analyzing the results and obtaining resolutions to ultimately show recommended courses of action.
  • Coordinate all the necessary functions to insure the compliance of the Customer-Sales Department’s responsibilities according to the established efficiency and quality standards.
  • Create management reports in compliance with the established KPIs.
  • Logistics management.

Mision: Reporting directly to the Office Director, the chosen candidate will be responsible of the Operations Department of the Maritime Agency in total coordination with the group’s strategy.

Tasks:

  • Research and maintenance of the customer portfolio.
  • Supervision and control of the shipping services operations, containers’ stock and replacement.
  • Shipping, cargo lists, software data input and incidence management.
  • Create market studies. The candidate will need to identify the esential information analyzing the results and obtaining resolutions to ultimately show recommended courses of action.
  • Coordinate all the necessary functions for crew members and ships under his responsability to ensure the compliance of the signed agreements is fulfilled according to the established efficiency and quality standards.
  • Create management reports and keep shipping routes up to date.
  • Coordination of the land logistics.
  • Coordination of the Cargo Care in the Documentation area (Customer Dep.).
